- There are 2 methods of payment available at the 'checkout':
- A debit or credit card may be used for payment only if the delivery address has a UK postcode that matches the registered address of the card used for payment.
- The bank transfer method may be used for any delivery address that has a UK postcode.
- To complete your order, you will be asked to 'tick a box' to certify that you accept our terms & conditions. The order cannot be completed unless the box is ticked.
- To order a full-support course requires 2 items: (1) No-support course and (2) Upgrade a no-support course to full-support.
- The items listed below the upgrade for each course are optional extras because some students may already possess them. Please note that the course in question cannot be completed without these items. The latest edition of a publication can be checked by clicking the name of the publication (the blue underlined link).
- There is no additional cost involved with the item 'Packing 24 grams (required for physical shipments) @ £0':
- If a no-support course, a plotter or RYA Training Almanac is being ordered, please set the quantity to '1' so that the weight of the packing is included in calculating the shipping charge.
- If a course upgrade to full-support is the only item being ordered, please set the quantity to '0' so that the weight of order will also be zero and no shipping charge will be applied.
- If there's anything you don't understand or aren't sure about, please telephone (rather than e-mail) and we'll be happy to guide you through the process.
